Your Healthspan report includes personalized insights based on your results. If you'd like additional guidance, you can book a consultation with a Science&Humans practitioner to discuss your results and next steps.
Do I need to pay for shipment to and from my address?
No. Shipping is included with your purchase. Your kit includes everything you need, including a prepaid return mailer to send your sample back for testing.
When will I receive my Healthspan by Science&Humans kit?
Your Healthspan kit typically arrives within two to three business days after your order is processed.
How long does it take to get my results?
Once your sample is received by our laboratory, your results will be available within three business days. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your report is ready.
Can I claim HSA/FSA for this test?
Yes. Many Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) may reimburse the cost of your Healthspan test. An invoice is provided with every purchase.
Does Science&Humans provide an invoice?
Yes. A detailed invoice is included with every purchase and can be used for reimbursement or personal records.
Is this a subscription model for blood marker testing?
No. Healthspan is currently available as a one-time purchase. You can order additional tests whenever you'd like to monitor changes in your health over time.
Is this a one-time fee?
Yes. Your purchase includes the at-home collection kit, laboratory analysis, and your personalized health report. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.
Is it Health Canada approved?
Yes. The Tasso blood collection device used in Healthspan is licensed by Health Canada for use in Canada.
Is Healthspan by Science&Humans PIPEDA-compliant?
Yes. We follow PIPEDA privacy standards and use industry-standard safeguards to help protect your personal health information.
When do I do the test?
For the most accurate results, complete your test in the morning, ideally within two to three hours of waking. Follow the instructions included with your kit regarding fasting and sample collection.
For women who menstruate, testing is recommended on days 19 - 21 of the menstrual cycle unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
