Who is eligible for the program?

Eligibility is determined by a licensed Canadian clinician based on your medical history, current health status, and individual treatment goals.In general, prescription weight management treatment may be considered for adults who:

  • Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or higher, or
  • Have a BMI of 27 kg/m² or higher with at least one weight-related medical condition

Treatment may also be considered where excess weight is contributing to other clinically relevant health risks.All treatment decisions are made by a licensed healthcare practitioner in accordance with Health Canada-approved indications and clinical guidelines.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple:

Step 1) Complete an In-Depth Health Assessment

Begin with a comprehensive online assessment designed to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle patterns, and goals. This helps us evaluate root causes and determine next steps safely.

Step 2) Complete Comprehensive Bloodwork

If appropriate, you’ll receive a lab requisition within 24 hours. Bloodwork is completed at a licensed laboratory to establish a clinical baseline and assess key markers as well as safety.

Once complete, you’ll book your virtual consultation with your care team.

Step 3) Meet Your Care Team

During your private 30-minute consultation, your assessment and lab results are reviewed. Together, you’ll design a plan tailored to your biology, lifestyle, and goals, which may include prescription therapy, structured lifestyle optimization, targeted supplementation, and ongoing coaching support.

Step 4) Ongoing, Integrative Care

If medication is prescribed, it is discreetly delivered to your door. Your program continues with scheduled follow-ups, lab monitoring when needed, and expert adjustments to ensure your care evolves with you.

Is treatment covered by insurance?

Prescription weight loss medications are not typically covered by insurance, though coverage can vary by plan.

When is payment processed?

Payment is collected once you’ve been assessed and approved for treatment.
